Costa Sorrento seeks a Bartender with at least five years of experience and a strong knowledge of cocktails and wine. Previous serving experience in Italian restaurants is preferred. Our welcoming space features 12 bar seats, 100 indoor seats, and 60 patio seats, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:• Craft a variety of cocktails to perfection • Manage and oversee alcohol inventory • Provide engaging service to bar and restaurant patrons • Assist with serving in a busy Italian casual environment • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of bartending experience • Strong knowledge of cocktails and wines • Previous experience in Italian casual dining preferred • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours • Excellent customer service skills
