Key Responsibilities:• Assist in training session coordination for employees • Manage and organize Learning Management System (LMS) materials • Support onboarding and new hire training processes • Update internal training resources regularly • Participate in special projects related to employee engagement

Requirements:• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite • Knowledge of LMS platforms and adult learning principles • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail • Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
