BelPak is seeking a Production Manager for its McPherson facility. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in manufacturing, particularly within consumer goods. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise a multi-shift production facility • Train and mentor staff to meet quality standards • Develop a continuous improvement program • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing • Knowledge of distribution and inventory practices • Experience with ERP software systems is a plus • Strong analytical and communication skills
