In the role of Community Giving Associate, you will be pivotal in overseeing philanthropy activities, including events, donations, and community partnerships. Collaborate with the Development Team to develop strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Engage with donors and facilitate meaningful interactions that bolster community involvement in 360°kids’ mission.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute community philanthropy events • Develop innovative fundraising strategies for long-term growth • Conduct research to identify potential funding sources • Manage the execution of online lotteries and charitable gaming • Ensure timely communication and stewardship fordonors

Requirements:• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Three years of fundraising experience within non-profits • Strong communication and public speaking skills • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills
