Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
At least 5 Years of proven Experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
Good Knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with a previous experience in Italian restaurants.
English spoken.
Food lover, Ambitious, Hands on, Committed.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our Italian culinary team!
Responsibilities
Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good Experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian.
Employment will start immediately.
