Your role will involve communicating with contractors regarding timecards, benefits, and other essential HR matters. This position is critical to maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:• Ensure outstanding front office customer service • Process payroll and manage timecard audits • Handle Unemployment and Worker's Compensation claims • Resolve payroll and invoicing discrepancies • Manage pre-employment documentation and contractor benefits
Requirements:• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred • 2+ years of customer service experience • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to communicate and follow up effectively • Meet deadlines consistently
