In this position, you will engage with customers, managing inquiries and creating work orders for the FMO and Service teams. Your responsibilities also include maintaining a CMMS database and assisting with customer requests. Going through an in-depth training will prepare you for independent work in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emails • Maintain the CMMS database for work orders • Document call details accurately • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary • Support diverse filing and organizational systems
Requirements:• 2-3 years of related experience in call centers or customer service • Fully bilingual in French and English • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software • Ability to adapt to flexible work hours • Capable of meeting technology requirements for remote work
