Bilingual Customer Service Call Centre Role, Markham

Join Black&McDonald as a Bilingual Customer Service Call Centre Representative, supporting facility services through effective communication and problem resolution. This full-time role allows for fully remote work after training.

In this position, you will engage with customers, managing inquiries and creating work orders for the FMO and Service teams. Your responsibilities also include maintaining a CMMS database and assisting with customer requests. Going through an in-depth training will prepare you for independent work in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emails • Maintain the CMMS database for work orders • Document call details accurately • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary • Support diverse filing and organizational systems

Requirements:• 2-3 years of related experience in call centers or customer service • Fully bilingual in French and English • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software • Ability to adapt to flexible work hours • Capable of meeting technology requirements for remote work
