This full-time temporary position offers a chance to contribute to the Compensation&Benefits team. You will manage HRIS records, validate employee data, and support communication related to benefits and pensions. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in managing inquiries and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:• Enter and validate employee data in HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) • Respond to employee inquiries via phone and in writing • Support administration of pension enrolment and processes • Organize and track benefits documents accurately • Assist with the management of employee files and vacations
Requirements:• College Diploma in administration or HR discipline • Strong background in administrative tasks with HR focus • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality handling • Proficient in HRIS systems, Excel, and document management • Strong communication and customer service skills
