Responsibilities - Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment - Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to ensure safety and organization - Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed - Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently - Follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of potential hazards - Assist in setting up work areas for various projects or tasks - Carry out other physical duties as assigned by supervisors to support project timelines Experience - Prior experience in manual labour, construction, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team This position is ideal for strong individuals seeking a hands-on role that fosters growth and skill development within a supportive team environment.
