Bartender/Server (Centennial)

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing customer orders, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Previous experience in food industry settings, particularly with POS systems like Micros POS, is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management skills, food safety awareness, and proficiency in cash handling. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences - Manage customer orders efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS - Ensure accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures during transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously - Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service - Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management - Comply with all food handling regulations and safety protocols - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Requirements - Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred, especially in bartending roles - Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms - Solid knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation - Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and recognize intoxication signs - Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, food handling, and hospitality best practices - Must be at least 21 years old Join our team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting that values professionalism and teamwork.
