Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Act as a customer advocate by identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within our systems. - Assist with onboarding and retention strategies to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, customer service, or customer success). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Robust problem-solving abilities with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and client platforms such as FCT, CMS, DRS, and CUBS is considered an asset. - Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
