Senior Estimator for Design-Build Projects (Markham)

In this full‑time role, you will report to the Estimating Manager, using your expertise in estimating software to meticulously prepare cost estimates. Key Responsibilities - Interpret tender drawings, leading projects through the tender stage, and manage stakeholder communication effectively. - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. - Lead tender management and project delivery independently. - Conduct quantity take-offs from tender documents. - Mentor junior team members in estimating practices. - Maintain accurate tender submission files. Requirements - Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in construction estimating. - University degree in Civil Engineering preferred. - Proficiency in commercial bidding platforms. - Ability to read and understand construction drawings. - Valid driver’s license required.
