Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when reordering is necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel experience is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently without supervision. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
