Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operation during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management. Help train new crew members on food preparation techniques and safety protocols as needed. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred Prepare and carefully handle meat and grill duties. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Solid communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
