SAP S/4HANA Program Communications Lead (Markham)

Our Toronto area client, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Communications Lead to support a major enterprise SAP transformation HYBRID initiative within a Utilities setting. This role has evolved to place a stronger emphasis on SAP S/4HANA program knowledge and transformation communications , rather than traditional corporate communications or OCM delivery. The successful consultant will act as the visible communications lead for the SAP program, supporting executive messaging, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide communications tied directly to the S/4HANA implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage communications activities supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation Develop and execute communication strategies, messaging plans, and stakeholder engagement activities aligned to program objectives Create executive and leadership-level communications, presentations, updates, and program messaging Support enterprise-wide communications tied to project milestones, deployments, and go-live activities Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Transformation Office, business teams, and program leadership Manage communication calendars, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans across various stakeholder groups Support intranet, SharePoint, and enterprise communication content creation Facilitate and support communication and engagement activities tied to SAP transformation initiatives Help maintain visibility, alignment, and stakeholder understanding across the broader transformation program Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in Communications Lead or Program Communications roles Strong background in enterprise communications and strategic messaging Experience supporting large-scale SAP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs strongly preferred Ability to understand and communicate SAP S/4-related concepts, impacts, and program updates to business stakeholders Excellent written communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience within Utilities or large enterprise transformation environments considered an asset Strong collaboration and coordination skills across executive, business, and delivery teams Important Notes This is not a traditional OCM/change management-focused role Client is specifically seeking candidates with: Communications leadership experience SAP S/4HANA exposure/understanding Ability to support enterprise transformation communications in a highly visible workplace This is an excellent chance to join a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative supporting enterprise-wide modernization efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pqeg3
