Director of HR Operations at Perseus (Markham)

Lead human resources operations at Perseus with a focus on compliance and benefits. This role oversees a small HR team while supporting around 50 employees at the Head Office. As the Director of HR Operations & Compliance, you will manage centralized HR services for the organization and play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise in HR operations, benefits management, compliance, and leadership will drive strategic HR initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader to support both HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
