Job Number: 26002929 Primary Location: ON - Markham Administration Employee Type: Full-Time Pay Rate From: $95,000 Pay Rate To: $125,000 As the Senior Manager, Support Services, you will join the leadership team as a strategic partner and operational catalyst within Bayshore’s Integrated Care Solutions division. You will lead diverse functional areas including Business Optimization, IT, IPAC, Privacy, Health and Safety, and our Contact Centre while shaping the systems and processes that keep our operations running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to make ameasurable impact, develop high performing teams, and help drive the future of ICs.Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and support to develop, implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate business requirements&implementation of work and best practices within the functional areas in collaboration with the ICs operations team Determine short- and long-term strategies to achieve department, operational and organizational goals Provide direction and accountability for the functional teams and their delivery of services to support the ICs divisionOversee development and implementation of adherence to and ongoing evaluation of standard operating procedures and policies and procedures within assigned functional areas Develop, manage, and ensure adherence to department budget Manage and coordinate department resources to support the ICs operationsPossess a comprehensive knowledge of best practices in each of the functional areas Produce and maintain accurate reports, records, and files Participate in supervision, evaluation, training, and other meetings as required Liaison with Regional Directors, Area Directors and departmental heads, external partners, and vendors to make recommendations and provide the best support to the overall ICs operations, including opportunities to streamline and optimize processesDevelop, coach, mobilize employees; identify and ensure ongoing development of key talent and required successors for key positions Be familiar and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures Participate in the identification and evaluation of OHS program goals and objectivesParticipate in professional development opportunities Participate in public relations and promotional activities as required Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management SystemParticipate in proactive Health&Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health&Safety risks or concerns Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discuss the same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel Complete other tasks as requested Qualifications

Education:

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a health or business-related field. Experience:

At least 10+ years of progressively responsible recent experience in management. Additional Information
