Become a pivotal part of Sentrex as a Human Resources Coordinator in Markham, Ontario, working in a hybrid model 3-4 days per week. Support vital HR functions including training, benefits, and employee inquiries.
This full-time role supports multiple HR aspects within Sentrex, encompassing HRIS support, benefits administration, and leave management. You'll assist with onboarding education, conduct regular data audits, and maintain employee records while fostering a culture of health and safety in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide event coordination and team building support • Conduct education sessions on Sentrex benefits program • Offer daily HRIS system support to managers and employees • Maintain accurate employee records through data audits • Respond to general HR inquiries and redirect when necessary
Requirements:• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong attention to detail with confidentiality adherence
