Senior Estimator for Design-Build Projects (Markham)

In this full‑time role, you will report to the Estimating Manager, using your expertise in estimating software to meticulously prepare cost estimates.Key Responsibilities

Interpret tender drawings, leading projects through the tender stage, and manage stakeholder communication effectively. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Lead tender management and project delivery independently. Conduct quantity take-offs from tender documents. Mentor junior team members in estimating practices.Maintain accurate tender submission files. Requirements

Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in construction estimating. University degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Proficiency in commercial bidding platforms. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Valid driver’s license required. Leverage your estimating expertise to contribute significantly to high‑profile projects at GIP.
