Lead process engineering design of water and wastewater treatment and delivery systems. Evaluate, select and integrate treatment technologies including biological treatment systems, membrane systems, and solids handling. Prepare process engineering deliverables: PFDs, Water Balances, MSDs, P&IDs, equipment data sheets and specifications. Conduct complex research and develop recommendations for equipment and materials selection; conduct detailed design and procurement, including construction and commissioning support. Manage assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Plan and conduct independent evaluation and adaptation of engineering techniques and procedures.Review junior engineering work and provide mentorship. Collaborate with hydrology, hydrogeology, and civil teams on integrated water resource solutions across mine life cycles. Serve as a technical specialist, providing consultation and guidance within the practice area. Coordinate with the industrial water team for thought leadership and presentations.Assist with key client interests, support feasibility studies, closure strategies, and business development activities. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to the assigned engineering discipline. Effective oral and written communication skills, drive for results, quality focus, priority setting, planning, delegation, conflict management, and team building.Deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 11 years related work experience. Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements. Certifications

Professional Engineer registration or licensure, or willingness and ability to pursue registration. Workplace and Physical Demands
