Cubhouse Pediatric Therapy is a growing, family-centred, mobile pediatric therapy practice providing warm, collaborative, and evidence-based support to children and families within their natural environments. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. This role involves providing assessment, intervention, and caregiver coaching to children and youth ages 2–18 years across home, school, daycare, and community settings. Toronto About the Role The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, functional communication, and family-centred, strengths-based practice. This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs who value autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful therapeutic relationships with families. Responsibilities - Conduct pediatric speech-language assessments (informal play-based and formal assessments as appropriate) - Provide evidence-based intervention targeting areas such as: Receptive and expressive language, speech sound disorders, social communication, AAC (as applicable), early communication and language development - Develop individualized, functional, and family-centred treatment plans - Deliver engaging, play-based therapy sessions in natural environments - Provide caregiver coaching to support carryover across home, school, and community - Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals (OTs, psychologists, PTs) - Complete timely, professional documentation using Jane - Uphold ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practice Requirements - Registered and in good standing with CASLPO as a Speech-Language Pathologist - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Valid
