Role: Senior Product Manager, Plans & Electrical Status: Regular, Full-Time Reports to: Director, Product Management Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. The Senior Product Manager, Protection Plans & Electrical is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Plans portfolio (Protection, Maintenance, coverage, chargeables) and Electrical (Generator, Battery/Backup (BESS), EV Chargers/EVSE, EVM/EMS) product offerings. This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers, ensuring plans and electrical services drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi-product household penetration. The Senior Product Manager leads a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serves as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution. Own P&L; performance for Plans and Electrical portfolios, delivering against revenue, margin, and retention targets. Drive unit additions, renewal lift, and churn reduction through data-driven offers and experience improvements. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews; Translate VOC, field, and call-centre insights into quarterly and annual execution roadmaps. Ensure regulatory, certification, installation, and service-readiness requirements are executed for all offerings. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field, Call Centre, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver GTM plans and enablement. Build strong execution discipline, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership capability. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent an asset.
