THE ROLE: Be a part of the dynamic Data Center business unit as we scale and ramp up on our technology product road maps. The Staff Production Analyst role involves working closely with the PLM lead and managing the end‑to‑end product life cycle management via BOM releases in the agile PLM system. A day in the Product Analyst role will involve close engagement with the various functions (PCB, board design, power, thermal, mechanical) of the board engineering team who contribute to the board build configurations. In addition, you will manage configuration tracking, data metrics, and dashboard creation for BOM component maturity, tracking releases and alignment with program milestones. You will interface with different change management tools and lead standups to ensure the BOM framework is set up for the manufacturing and operations teams. Use AI to define agents and automation use cases to ensure effective workflow without many manual touchpoints. Train the peer teams on BOM control tools and FRU binary generation and readiness. THE PERSON: A production control engineer with manufacturing and configuration management experience working on product BOMs, a passionate and quick learner, with an eye for detail and quality. Have an analytical and documentation mindset to identify critical gaps in tools and processes. Open to learning on the job and function in an agile environment. Has experience of stakeholder management across functional domains and is adept at driving meetings with documented next steps and actions aligning with the BOM release plan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work as an individual contributor to track the product hardware design build configurations - Develop and maintain accurate BOMs, ensuring they reflect the latest engineering changes and product specifications - Create BOM change requests and track them to closure - Perform BOM reviews working closely with the board engineers, power engineers, layout, and thermal/mechanical teams prior to implementation - Assist in resolving BOM‑related issues during manufacturing/production - Create dashboards on BOM component maturity, sourcing risk, and lifecycle stages - Manage the JIRA and Confluence pages and keep the checklists and other process artifacts up to date - Generate FRU binaries and automation artifacts - Act as an SME on PLM workflows and benchmark new PLM tools and automations PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - Experience with Board Design, PCB layout, schematics, BOMs - Proficiency in using PLM and ERP systems for BOM management - Capable of handling large data sets and complex BOM configurations - Knowledge of FW configurations in a BOM and board build manufacturing setup - Adept in PowerBi, Advanced Excel features, AI tools, Automation/scripting - Stakeholder management experience and can manage cross functional domain interactions - Quality tools experience and ability to document process flows - Knowledge of manufacturing side processes for boards and systems is an additional asset - Agile project management tools experience using JIRA and Confluence is desired ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering - Agile PLM, Scrum tools (JIRA, Confluence) - Project management Location: Markham, ON Benefits offered are described.
