Strategic Financial Controller Role, Saint-Lin-Laurentides

Shape the financial landscape of our company as a Financial Controller, directly reporting to the Vice-President of Finance. This essential leadership role focuses on enhancing accounting functions and embracing digital transformation.

The Financial Controller oversees comprehensive financial management, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You’ll lead a team of accounting technicians, implement effective financial processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within our dynamic, multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage the entire accounting cycle from invoicing to payroll • Develop and prepare monthly and annual financial reports • Monitor project costs, analyze variances effectively • Supervise and mentor the accounting technician team • Drive implementation of cost control measures

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a controller or financial director • Bilingual in French and English • Experience in ERP system implementation is an advantage • Background in the construction industry with multi-project experience
