Load materials and components into machines, monitor production runs for quality and efficiency, and communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production targets are met. Maintain a protected, clean, and organized work environment while following company safety and operational procedures Qualifications & Skills: - Basic machine shop and manufacturing knowledge - Ability to operate shop equipment and hand tools safely - Attention to detail and quality inspection skills - Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures - Ability to complete paperwork accurately - Strong teamwork and housekeeping skills - Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks Job posting is for existing vacancy.
