Project Consultant for Capital Projects, Medicine Hat

Pilot the Center of Community Wellness initiative at Medicine Hat College as a Project Consultant. Your expertise will ensure the project meets advanced educational requirements.

This full-time contract position is set to commence in July 2026 and is critical to leading the planning and design phases of the CCW project. Strong project leadership and proactive communication with various stakeholders will be essential to integrate the project’s objectives with institutional goals and community expectations. You will guide the project towards a construction-ready phase while collaborating with architects and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of project planning and design • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals • Ensure compliance with budget and timeline • Prepare detailed project specifications • Lead progress reporting and stakeholder communication

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture • Experience in construction management essential • Project Management Professional certification preferable • Strong multi-discipline construction knowledge • Proficient in relevant software applications
