Service Advisor– Fast-Paced Service Drive Are you a bartender, server, hospitality worker, retail leader, dispatcher, or someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer environment and wants a career with long-term opportunity and income potential?

You do not need automotive experience to apply.

We can teach the automotive side. What is harder to teach is pace, communication, professionalism, and the ability to handle customers confidently under pressure.

Medicine Hat Nissan is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

This is not a slow desk job. Our service department moves quickly, our guests expect strong communication, and our team works together to keep the day on track. If you enjoy solving problems in real time and staying engaged throughout the day, this role will fit you well.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and people skills

Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-moving environment

Excellent communication skills— in person, by phone, and digitally

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Comfortable with computers and learning dealership systems

Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting customers and managing service appointments

Performing vehicle walk-arounds with guests

Communicating maintenance recommendations and repair needs

Keeping customers updated throughout the day

Coordinating with technicians and internal departments

Managing repair orders, estimates, invoices, and payments

Helping create a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience

Training&Development At Nissan Canada, training and process development are taken seriously. Successful candidates will receive ongoing training through Nissan’s systems and programs, along with hands‑on support from our management and service team.

You will learn:

Service advising processes

Vehicle maintenance fundamentals

Customer communication and repair presentation
