Cuso International is seeking a skilled professional for a three-month volunteer placement. You will lead workshops with the private sector, government, and indigenous communities while preparing detailed consultation reports. Your contributions will integrate human rights into environmental impact assessments and spur meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate workshops to promote consultations across sectors • Prepare detailed consultation and workshop reports • Develop proposals for integrating consultations into assessments • Advocate best practices for FOSDEH's engagements • Collaborate in advising on policy guidance and recommendations

Requirements:• University degree in social science or related field • Extensive knowledge of Human Rights issues • Experience with diverse stakeholders and inclusive methods • Proven background in multicultural team environments • Spanish Level 4-Advanced and English Level 3-Intermediate
