About Us We are a growing roof maintenance company specializing in proactive roof maintenance, leak investigations, repairs, and long-term asset management solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-residential properties across Ontario. Unlike traditional roofing companies focused on replacement projects, RMS focuses on extending roof life through preventative maintenance and responsive service. We work with property managers, facility managers, municipalities, and national portfolios to help reduce emergency repairs and maximize roof performance. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our Milton/GTA division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working directly with property managers, facility teams, and commercial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing new roof maintenance contracts throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. This is a salary + commission position with robust earning potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities - Generate and secure new commercial roof maintenance contracts - Prospect and develop relationships with: - Property Managers - Facility Managers - Commercial Building Owners - Condominium Management Companies - Municipalities - Industrial & Retail Facilities - Conduct phone outreach, email campaigns, and in-person meetings - Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations - Coordinate with the operations team regarding client needs and scheduling - Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and prospective clients - Attend networking events and industry meetings when required - Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity - Assist with marketing and business development initiatives Qualifications - Previous sales or business development experience required - Experience in construction, roofing, property management, or building services is required - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Highly organized and self-motivated - Comfortable with both inside and outside sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid G Class driver’s license with clean driver's abstract and reliable transportation required - Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication What We Offer - Competitive base salary (to be negotiated based on experience) - Commission opportunities on new contracts secured - Company-supported training and growth opportunities - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company - Flexible work environment with a mix of office and field/client interaction Schedule - Monday to Friday - Full-time Work Location - Primarily based out of our Milton office with travel throughout the GTA as required.
