Contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing processes at Communications & Power Industries as a Manufacturing Engineer in Georgetown, Ontario. Focus on enhancing product quality and reliability across diverse applications. In this role, you will work on power amplifiers and medical generators while ensuring robust manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities include collaborating with design engineers and quality teams to resolve technical issues effectively. This is an chance to leverage your experience to drive quality improvement initiatives within CPI’s manufacturing workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate across teams to meet operational and quality objectives • Develop manufacturing inspection and test processes • Analyze data for process improvements and yield enhancements • Actively support RF testing and product reliability efforts • Facilitate effective communication on technical projects Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience • At least 5 years in a manufacturing engineering position • Knowledge of RF testing tools and high-tech products • Lean manufacturing and Green Belt Certification preferred • Familiarity with BOM configuration beneficial Join CPI and play a key role in shaping the future of electronic manufacturing.
