Project Manager (Milton)

Bilingual Project Manager (Field Services) Location: Calgary, AB or Ottawa, ON / Milton, ON (supporting all Canadian time zones) Language Requirement: Bilingual (French & English) REQUIRED Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (French/English required) to support Field Services projects across Canada. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer projects while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Manage execution of Field Services customer projects in line with company processes (CPP4S Customer Project Process for Services) Lead cross-functional project teams including: Design Planning Purchasing Contracts On-site implementation Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction , safety compliance , and financial performance Act as the primary point of contact for bilingual (French/English) customer communication Deliver projects in alignment with contract requirements and specifications Monitor timelines and proactively identify risks or deviations Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner Drive project profitability (GM improvement vs. as-sold) Manage forecasting, including: Project Sales Book-to-Bill Gross Margin (GM) Collaborate closely with sales teams for change order management Oversee project execution from sales and tendering through to operational delivery, with focus on site logistics Project Scope Projects will fall under the following categories: Category B Projects Medium technical/contractual risk Managed primarily through local Service Centers May involve Global Services Operations support Typically includes easy engineering, supply, delivery, and site intervention Category A Projects High technical/contractual risk Managed through high-capability regions or global hubs (Global Services / RAC / GAC)Involves complex modernization projects Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Business, or IT Proven experience in project management within field services or design-build environments Strong understanding of project financials and forecasting Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and customer relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluency in both French and English (required) Required Skills Project Management Field Services Design-Build Projects Bilingual Communication (French & English) Preferred Qualifications Strong skills in: Negotiation Change Management Conflict resolution Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Milton, ON.
