Job Summary We are currently looking for a

Customer Experience Manager

based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario’s Southwestern region.

Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice‑President, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will lead the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction with proper development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures. The manager will directly supervise 3 Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of about 10 team members including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock. The manager is responsible for staff, coaching, developing and training team to deliver superior service in order taking, logistics and transportation, contract management, inventory control, price, contact and customer information and databases. Finally, the manager will ensure constructive relationship with the sales, production and planning teams.

Job Requirements

College diploma in business administration or equivalent experience

A minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience and 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of best‑in‑class practices in the logistic and customer service fields

Excellent leadership, teamwork and people skills

Superior problem solving and decision making capabilities

Analytical mind

Initiative and autonomy

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers

English spoken and written
