Quality Inspector Leadership Role (Milton)

Join the quality assurance team as a Lead Quality Inspector, focusing on dimensional inspections and product compliance. This position also emphasizes training and mentoring within the department. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager with support from the Quality Supervisor, you will ensure that all inspections align with approved protocols. Your role includes analyzing inspection data, directing inspection personnel, and fostering a safety-first culture in the workplace. You will also manage the packaging processes and ensure quality documentation is complete.
