Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. - 10+ years of hands‑on management experience in 500,000+ square‑foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team. - Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. - Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
