What You’ll Do As a Service Foreman, you will oversee roofing service projects, lead crews, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll act as the key point of contact in office and mentor team members. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial job sites Inspect roofs and assess repair requirements Perform and oversee repairs on TPO and other roofing systems Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Train and mentor labourers and technicians Manage tools, materials, and job site logistics Communicate with management and clients regarding project status Travel to job sites, including out-of-town assignments What You Bring 5+ years of commercial roofing experience Proven leadership or supervisory experience Robust knowledge of TPO and flat roofing systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed Valid Working at Heights Certification CSA-approved safety gear and tools Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record Why You’ll Love Working at Empire Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits Leadership role with growth opportunities Supportive, team-focused culture Solid commitment to safety and excellence Disclaimer This role may evolve based on company needs.
