Start your journey with Communications&Power Industries as a Supplier Returns (RMA Support) Summer Student. This role is based on-site in Georgetown, Ontario, and emphasizes coordination and documentation in supply chain management.

As a Summer Student, you'll gain firsthand experience in organizing RMAs and working with suppliers, while also supporting the Vendor Managed Return processes. Your contributions will ensure that all aspects of return documentation are accurate, aiding the efficiency of the supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) • Maintain accurate ERP documentation for returns • Monitor and follow up on RMA statuses diligently • Collaborate effectively with internal teams • Assist in reporting and data management for supplier returns

Requirements:• Strong communication skills with suppliers • Detail-oriented approach in managing documentation • Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Desire to learn ERP systems and related tools
