Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a agile parking lot maintenance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving, and Pressure washing Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Skills Previous pressure washing experience is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is advantageous. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Robust attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols consistently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
