Sales Arborist / Estimator – Tree Services Location: Milton, ON and/or Mississauga, ON Experience Required: 5–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractor (depending on experience) We are a growing professional tree services company specializing in residential, commercial, and municipal tree care operations across the GTA and Halton Region. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Arborist / Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong arboriculture knowledge, estimating experience, client communication skills, and operational awareness within the tree care industry. Responsibilities Conduct site visits, tree assessments, and risk inspections Evaluate project scope, access, hazards, equipment requirements, and timelines Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposals for clients Follow up with leads and assist in securing work Coordinate with office staff, operations, and field crews regarding scheduling and job execution Maintain skilled client relationships and represent the company professionally Provide timely updates regarding estimates, scheduling, and operational matters Support operational and field activities when required Promote and follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Report any operational, equipment, client, or safety concerns to management promptly Requirements 5–10 years experience in arboriculture and tree services Strong knowledge of tree removals, pruning, rigging, and tree risk assessment Experience preparing estimates and managing client relationships Valid driver’s license (DZ license considered an asset) ISA Certification preferred (or equivalent experience) Solid communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions Familiarity with equipment, access planning, and job costing Professional attitude and robust work ethic What We Offer Competitive compensation ($80,000/year) Long-term growth opportunity within a growing company Supportive and structured operational environment Chance to work on residential, commercial, and municipal projects Professional systems, scheduling support, and operational coordination If you are experienced, reliable, operationally minded, and passionate about the tree care industry, we would like to hear from you.
