Key Responsibilities:• Own execution of e-commerce order fulfillment on time • Manage daily logistics, inventory control, and shipping • Optimize warehouse layouts and reduce mispicks • Oversee training and development of fulfillment staff • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:• Extensive experience in fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL • Solid e-commerce and drop-ship management skills • Familiarity with order flow systems and WMS • Strong leadership and time management abilities • Effective problem-solving skills under pressure
