Quality Engineer with QMS Expertise, Milton

Become a vital part of our quality assurance team as a Quality Engineer focused on ISO9001 and AS9100 systems. Foster strong customer relations while ensuring product quality and compliance.

In this role as Quality Engineer, you will work under the Quality Assurance Manager's direction, leading efforts to maintain quality systems and resolve product issues. Your key tasks will involve internal audits, analysis of customer feedback, and documentation management for quality processes. Your strong communication skills will ensure that customer quality expectations are met throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and improve QMS policies and procedures • Conduct and report on internal quality audits • Analyze trends and customer data for quality improvements • Coordinate customer interactions during audits and visits • Lead the NPI team's product launch efforts

Requirements:• Minimum of three years with Technology diploma or Engineering degree • 5-10 years in a related Quality Assurance role • Proficiency in blueprint reading and metrology • Intermediate MS Office skills • Familiarity with GD&T requirements
