What You Will Do

Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.

Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.

Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift and carry shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout most of your shift.

Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.

Stay informed on Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.

Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

Requirements
