Cleaner (Window, Pressure Washer & Gutter) (Milton)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, and general custodial tasks. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential facilities through various cleaning techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service and effective communication are essential. Responsibilities - Perform window cleaning using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results. - Operate pressure washers to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces efficiently. - Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks around facilities. - Conduct general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of the premises. - Manage heavy lifting requirements safely when handling equipment or moving supplies. - Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during daily operations. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow. - Need to have own car and willing to travel around GTA (pick up location for training is Milton) - Able to fit pressure washer and 5-6ft ladder in the car Skills - Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment such as pressure washers. - Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. - Solid knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning operations. - Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally. - Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering quality results.
