Customer Service Representative (Milton)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting smooth operations across sales, logistics, and fulfillment functions. Key Responsibilities - Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems (ERP/CRM) - Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies - Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment - Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies - Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order updates, changes, or issues - Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and order documentation - Assist in resolving order-related inquiries, including billing or shipping concerns - Support reporting and data tracking for order volume, accuracy, and turnaround time - Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs) QualificationsSkills - 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative roles - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an asset - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools - Strong organizational and time management skills in a quick-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively KPI's - Number of SO's enter per day - Error Rate - Number of Open Orders - Reply time - Timely escalation of issues Preferred Qualifications - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments - Familiarity with inventory systems and order management workflows - Bilingual (English/French) is an asset (especially for Quebec-based client) What We Offer - A collaborative and supportive work environment - Opportunities for growth and internal mobility - Competitive compensation and benefits - A culture that puts People First Why Join Us?
