Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at PFX (Milton)

Lead process enhancement initiatives as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at PFX Group. Champion projects that significantly impact efficiency and mentor key personnel. As the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business excellence at the Recochem Site through strategic CI projects. This position calls for a leader with a solid background in Lean Six Sigma, dedicated to mentoring and developing project leaders while achieving annual savings targets. Engage with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans for improvement and effectively communicate results.
