Join ROCKWOOL as the Continuous Improvement Manager leading our efforts in Supply Chain projects across North America. Focus on developing operational excellence and driving efficiency within our manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Supply Chain Development Director, you will be responsible for owning the Continuous Improvement portfolio. This role includes managing a capable team and ensuring continuous improvement becomes a disciplined process through structured initiatives. Your leadership will be key in aligning CI projects with business strategy, optimizing capacity, and delivering measurable results in supply chain effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the CI portfolio and align with company strategy • Run an effective stage-gate governance process • Manage capacity and make strategic decisions on projects • Enhance quality of decision-making in problem definitions • Foster role clarity and teamwork among CI personnel Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field • 8–10+ years of relevant CI experience • Expertise in portfolio governance and management • Experienced people leader with coaching success • Proficient in Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools Be the driving force in advancing our Continuous Improvement initiatives at ROCKWOOL and enhancing our North American supply chain operations.
