Lead process enhancement initiatives as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at PFX Group. Champion projects that significantly impact efficiency and mentor key personnel. As the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, youll be responsible for driving business excellence at the Recochem Site through strategic CI projects. This position calls for a leader with a solid background in Lean Six Sigma, dedicated to mentoring and developing project leaders while achieving annual savings targets. Engage with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans for improvement and effectively communicate results. Key Responsibilities: • Engage in cross-functional CI initiatives proactively • Lead and mentor Yellow/Green Belt project leaders • Analyze and propose process changes for efficiency • Conduct audits and program evaluations for progress • Communicate CI plans effectively with stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelors degree in engineering or similar • At least 10 years of manufacturing experience • Robust Lean/Six Sigma training, Black Belt preferred • Exceptional English/French communication abilities • Proven success in leading cross-functional projects Drive efficiency and value within PFX Group through effective continuous improvement strategies.
