Window Cleaner (Milton)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows in commercial and residential buildings. This role requires robust attention to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Window Cleaner will utilize various hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Clean windows of various sizes and heights using appropriate tools and safety equipment - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless windows - Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window cleaning and general custodial duties - Operate equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols and procedures - Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes - Communicate professionally with clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns - Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or supplies as needed for efficient workflow - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use Qualifications - Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, especially in window or facilities maintenance - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is a plus - Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely using appropriate safety gear - Knowledge of safety procedures related to working with cleaning chemicals and equipment - Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance while contributing to the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' properties.
