Your team-oriented efforts will empower Yellow and Green Belt participants while actively participating in cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize business efficiency projects - Mentor Yellow and Green Belts for project success - Implement national CI programs effectively - Drive value stream mapping and data analysis - Facilitate monthly CI review meetings for accountability Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent - Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing setting - Proven track record with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - Excellent communication skills in English/French - Proficiency in analytical tools and process improvement Lead impactful change and foster improvements within the PFX Group.
