Container Unloader / General Labour (Lumper) (Milton)

EB Lumping is looking for reliable and hardworking independent subcontractors for container unloading work. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role unloading floor-loaded containers and preparing product for warehouse distribution. If you enjoy hands-on work and getting paid to stay active, this is a great opportunity. Experience is prefered, we are looking for people that have experience in this field , specifically working paid by the job. We are willing to train motivated and dependable individuals. Travel between sites may be required. Pay: - Paid per container (piecework) - Average earnings typically range from $24–$50 per hour depending on speed and workload - Biweekly payments - Independent subcontractor role Responsibilities: - Unload floor-loaded shipping containers - Sort and palletize product efficiently - Use pallet jack / pump truck to move product - Work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Follow all site safety requirements - Maintain productivity targets Requirements: - Container unloading experience preferred (training available) - Pump truck / pallet jack experience preferred - Strong attention to detail when sorting and palletizing product - Physically fit and able to perform heavy, repetitive lifting - Reliable, punctual, and qualified - Own vehicle required - Available Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies by job) - CSA-approved safety shoes required - High-visibility safety vest required (can be provided if needed) - Must be able to obtain a business HST number What We Offer: - Weekly payments - Part-time and full-time opportunities - Training available for the right subcontractors - Consistent work for reliable subcontractors - Room for growth - Start immediately Work Locations: Milton, Guelph, and some locations in Vaughan.
