This is a robust opportunity for someone with a solid background in low-rise residential construction who is comfortable managing day-to-day site activity, coordinating trades, and keeping work moving efficiently on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing townhome or similar low-rise residential projects and will be confident leading site operations with a high level of organization, consistency, and accountability.
